    The Essentials product line includes the Xenios USA Black Rubber Hex Dumbbell, which are "composite" dumbbells as they're born from the combination of a chrome-plated steel handle and two rubber-coated cast iron weights.

    The Xenios USA Black Rubber Hex Dumbbells raise your workouts's quality and safety standards due to their manufacturing process. The standard construction technique combines steel and cast iron by welding, which may be weak and less resistant over time. In fact, traditional dumbbells cannot provide a sufficient level of safety. The chances of welding failure increase the risk of accidents!

    The Xenios USA manufacturing process consists of (before welding) drilling the end of the handle, which is cut and pressed to make the handle itself creates a mechanical anchor inside the dumbbells' ends. Even in case of welding failure, this system guarantees the weights to the handle, without the risk of falling down.

    The virgin rubber coating of the weights is another great advantage of these dumbbells. Contrarily to recycled or low-quality rubber, 100% virgin rubber does not grease, does not disperse color on surfaces and fabrics and does not release any odor. The odorless property of virgin rubber offers an exceptional advantage for any training zone.

    The rubber-coated weight minimizes noise and increases the resistance to wear, while the chrome-plated handle is ergonomically designed for a feeling of stability and comfort in any exercise.
