Put your weights away
The SF5 is equipped with two handy storage racks for your kettlebells and weights. This way, they don't have to be lying around in your fitness room and you always have them at hand, at the right height. Each rack can hold either four kettlebells or four sets of dumbbells. Handy!
Unique accessories
The multi-grip pull-up bar with ribbed surface for more grip is a handy feature in itself. The SF5 takes it a step further by adding two red climbing grips as standard. This gives pull-ups and chin-ups a whole new dimension. Do you find 1x pull-up a bit too difficult? The SF5 is equipped with handy pegs for placing resistance bands so that you can easily use an extra support. You can also use the supplied chin/dip belt here. You attach this to both pulleys so that you can pull up with counterweight .
Double the weights
The Smith Machine is equipped with a weight doubler. With a simple movement on the side of the pulley you can easily double the weight so that strong users can also use this functional trainer.
