Reebok One GB40 Exercise Bike

Helping to kickstart your cardio regime, the Reebok GB40 creates challenging home workouts for beginner to intermediate riders. Functioning from a 6 kg flywheel, the bike offers 8 resistance levels and 3 target programmes; pushing each workout to ramp up your fitness. Allowing you to monitor and control each ride, the GB40’s 5.5” LCD screen relays live performance stats and heart rate data through the built-in hand pulse sensors. The ideal home cardio machine, the GB40 Bike challenges your fitness and stores away easily post-workout.

The large backlit LCD screen provides the feedback you need to help improve your fitness level by tracking and displaying your progress; including speed, distance, time, calories, pulse and RPM.

To help keep you motivated, there are four fitness programs built into the console which includes target time, target distance, target calories and recovery workouts.
