Kaizen Gym ( LV )

Kaizen Gym offers group trainings for small groups with a personalised approach, rehabilitation services and fitness diagnostics.

The gym is equipped with Cybex SPARC trainers, Assault Fitness exercise bikes and treadmills, and Concept2 rowing machines.

The free weights area has a variety of dumbbells, discs and weighted balls. The gym has everything you need for complete functional training and rehabilitation - medicine balls, TRX suspension systems, Airex mats and balance pads, Triggerpoint self-massage rollers, speed and agility accessories from SKLZ and Escape Fitness, a GymNext timer, and more.
